What I think writing is: tight plots, impactful characterisation, subtle but meaningful themes, beautiful, flowy prose…
What writing actually is: googling synonyms of similar words in the hope of accidentally stumbling upon the particular word you’re searching for
I wish there was an app that worked kinda like spotify except with books,, like you could create a playlist of books with a specific theme/ aesthetic and it would give you suggestions for other books you might like
