YES SO MANY QUESTIONS

I see so many of you hating on a movie that teaches us that having it all shouldn’t be the goal- that the goal should be to be good and warm and true! That short cuts aren’t true success! That outcasting others causes more ripples of misery than we can imagine! That capitalism and racism are plagues on our society! That childhood traumas haunt us and hurt our own children! That parents don’t need to be great to be good parents, and all children want is their parents to be there! That if we were to collectively help one another instead of only wishing for our own selfish desires the whole world could change!!

We have just had a shit year- globally, nationally, and even personally for many. And your take away from this movie is to ignore all those lessons? Did you learn nothing from this pandemic? We need one another, we need one another to survive! Fuck thrive- SURVIVE! And if we aren’t willing to start setting aside our petty hate, and move past our pain, and find commonality in our differences, 2021 will be no better. This isn’t a cursed year, this is a pained society! And we have the power to change it!

So quit criticizing, and start listening!
