Well yesterday I had another session playing them and it was wild. One of the players even got arrested (deservedly) but yeah, have a scene of Rory talking to the cop, Trevor.

Had to draw 3 characters for class, so I drew Finn, Malachie and Yira.

The start of a character development

 He used to be really neat and take care of everything, he always had his hair up in a man-bun, always dressed to be covered up and not too simple, but most importantly, he was really reserved and non confrontational. But then he got dragged in the hellscape that is his life now with constant fighting, deathtraps, cluelessnes and a frustrating psychopath on the groups tail with too much power. Funny thing is, his upbringing was also really bad, with his father disappearing when he was just a child and his mother, due to despair and resentment against Finn’s father for leaving them, she became a really easy target for a cult. She joined and with that dragged also Finn down with her. For 18 years Finn was constantly abused and belittled because he didn’t believe in what the cult did and because the cult had really conservative believes (aka really anti lgbtq, thinking that women were meant to just serve the men and be housewives ect.). Finn was constantly sent to conversion therapy for being trans and locked inside because of these believes. He still had times when he could enter the outside world but it was only for school. And that’s where he met his childhood friend Ren, who after 3 years disappeared without a trace. Finn’s mother wasn’t any good herself as she was the one who initiated Finn’s abuse just because he looked almost the same as his father. On Finn’s 18th birthday he gathered up the little stuff he had and ran away, causing a fire as a distraction to slip away in the night.

He's half warden half human. He mostly has warden properties tho, like for example he's blind but he has the hearing of a proper warden. There's so much I want to talk about him qwq

There’s a protest going on against AI art over on artstation, so I feel like now is the time for me to make a statement on this issue! 

I wholeheartedly support the ongoing protest against AI art. Why? Because my artwork is included in the datasets used to train these image generators without my consent. I get zero compensation for the use of my art, even though these image generators cost money to use, and are a commercial product. 

Musicians are not being treated the same way. Stability has a music generator that only uses royalty free music in their dataset. Their words: “Because diffusion models are prone to memorization and overfitting, releasing a model trained on copyrighted data could potentially result in legal issues.” Why is the work of visual artists being treated differently?

Many have compared image generators to human artists seeking out inspiration. Those two are not the same. My art is literally being fed into these generators through the datasets, and spat back out of a program that has no inherent sense of what is respectful to artists. As long as my art is literally integrated into the system used to create the images, it is commercial use of my art without my consent.

Until there is an ethically sourced database that compensates artists for the use of their images, I am against AI art. I also think platforms should do everything they can to prevent scraping of their content for these databases. 

Artists, speak out against this predatory practice! Our art should not be exploited without our consent, and we deserve to be compensated when our art is exploited for commercial use.
