Inktober - Day 6

Have I seen S2 of The Mandalorian? Yep! It was really exciting to see Ahsoka in live action, even if her lekku were... questionable. I think that rather like @critter-of-habit​ I am incapable of drawing Ahsoka with that short of lekku so here we are.

Still from the cosplay front I look forward to trying to make this costume (especially since I’ll probably be able to lift my arms above my head with the lekku this time!)

Aaaaand done! Here’s a turnaround of completed Star Wars Rebels Ahsoka Tano cospaly. I wore it to Ottawa Comic Con and these pics were taken at the end, so it’s a little bit battered, but I’m super happy with how it turned out. 

I took a ton of WIP pics as I went along. Would anyone be interested in seeing those/a rough tutorial of what I did?

Steven Universe - 1950s Era

I took a break from the RWBY challenge to finish this piece. I initially planned to just do sketches of the crystal gems in different time period clothing, but instead decided just to do a picture of all of them in 1950s clothing.

So somehow I completely forgot to mention this! I’m Rebel Legion approved now :D Not sure when I’m gonna do my first troop yet, but I’ll keep you posted!

Happy New Year everyone! i’ve been wanting to do this piece for a while, as sort of a response to 2020. Without a doubt the last year has been difficult, but despite everything I’ve found that in some ways I’ve been more connected with friends and family than I have been in previous years (even if that’s digitally over video call etc.) This gave me the idea of doing a post Season 4 Rebels crew, all keeping in touch despite having all gone their separate ways. You can’t tell me that Hera wouldn’t be raising Jacen without frequent calls to Aunty Sabine and Uncle Zeb (plus Uncle Kallus and Aunty ‘Soka)

Here’s hoping 2021 will be kinder on us all and that we get to have reunions with those we care about before too long!

This was a sketch I did when rewatching Captain America: Winter Soldier and was thinking about how all the SHIELD Agents must’ve felt when their fellow agents turned on them.
