I used acrylic paint for the background, the seaweed, the unknown rainbow objects, and the large shells. I used paint pens for the smaller objects, the dragons, and the bubbles.

So he purposefully tries to make Dazai hate him and since Dazai isn’t good with feelings he doesn’t realize he’s being tricked until hes captured by pirates and Rampo talks some sense into him
