just the fact that the party in The End of The World is the face of Boe's party. Jack's party. He invited the Doctor hoping to see them one more time, he didnt know it was going to be his Doctor- he didnt know it was going to be with Rose. He didn't know or care which doctor showed up with which companion, he only wanted to see his old friend as his planet burned.

But it was his Doctor, it was his Rose. He watched two of his oldest loves friends fall in love for the first time.
