Newsies but Spot Conlon and Racetrack Higgins’ roles have been reversed.
It’s the same but Spot Conlon is now one of the Manhattan Newsies and Racetrack Higgins is the “King of Brooklyn.” Spot used to be head of Brooklyn but retired to Manhattan and Race took over his position. When Jack and Davey go to meet Race in an attempt to convince him to join the strike they find him in Sheepshead Bay, eagerly watching the races.
My gosh that was one great episode. I absolutely love them. Ducktales 2017 might just be my favorite version of the two yet. I like the fact the crew are taking the time to build their relationship. Can’t wait to see more of them. 😍💜💙

Journalist and artist Shirin Barghi has created a gripping, thought-provoking series of graphics that not only examines racial prejudice in today’s America, but also captures the sense of humanity that often gets lost in news coverage. Titled “Last Words,” the graphics illustrate the last recorded words by Brown and other young black people — Trayvon Martin, Oscar Grant and others — who have been killed by police in recent years.
