I would like to thank everyone who helped me understand. I now know the reason.
I stand by the name “Noah” even though I personally know two Noahs and neither are great but Sheriff Noah is the 💣
Okay so in the show, Sheriff Stilinski’s name is Noah. Like it’s canonically Noah so I really need to know where the hell people are getting “John” from? Like why John of all things? Is it because you didn’t know his name? Because you could’ve just looked it up. And I’m not judging the people who use it (well not a lot) but like, Noah is such a better name than John and I feel like whenever I read a fic where his name is John, I picture him as a completely different person. Like it’s not the same character, he has a different personality, etc. like again no offense but could everyone please start using Noah? Like that’s his name, it’s never been John.
Okay just reiterating because I kinda got off track but why do people call him John?
I really hope I’m not the only one who finds this upsetting, but did/does anyone else hate the fact that the first time they killed Peter, they set him on fire? Like after the Hale Fire you’d assume that being near fire, even a small one, would be triggering? And yet they Molotov cocktailed him? They set him on FIRE after he watched his whole family (minus derek/laura/cora) get burned alive and he also burned alive but didn’t die but he spent six years in a coma and then they killed him with fire? Excuse my rambling but that just seems extra cruel to do that. He was literally insane after the coma, they could have made a paralyzing concoction or something to knock him out and not a Molotov cocktail but noooo they had to do it in a cruel way. Maybe I’m overthinking but maybe you’re underthinking it. Who knows (I do) and it seems totally not cool to do that

Is Peter a villain because he killed a bunch of people? Because he killed Laura? Because he's an asshole?
They never really say in the show who Peter, specifically, lost in the fire. In 'Magic Bullet' Derek said that 11 people were trapped in the house during the fire, but they never say who those people were. Did he lose a wife? a child?
All they tell us is that he was injured and in a coma for 6 years, and his remaining family (alpha) left. They also say repeatedly that a wolf can't survive without an alpha. And yet, we call him a villain for lashing out when he was injured and abandoned.
Aside from Laura, everyone he killed was involved in the fire in some way. They also never tell us his state of mind when he killed Laura or his nurse Jennifer's actual involvement in any of it.
Sure, he's an asshole, but so is Stiles. Unlike Stiles, Peter is very good at making the pack think he doesn't care about anyone but himself. While that may have been true initially, he does start to change by the end.
All this to say that we know more about Kate Argent's past than we do Peter's, which is a sad state of affairs.
So, should he be considered a villain, or are we just uncomfortable with the fact that he did what we would all want to do in his shoes?
Diversity win! The horniest person you know is on the asexual spectrum
I think that sterek is better as a platonic ship than a romantic ship. Honestly I didn’t see the chemistry more than big brother & little brother. (this is NOT hate to any sterek shippers)
It’s almost as if I was talking about queer ships… yknow, mlm
