edit: i dont count the calories for seasonings/stuff i add for taste because if i'm only eating one meal the least i can do is make it taste good - so i used a splash of worcestershire sauce, ~1tsp of ketchup, ~1tsp of mustard, salt, garlic powder and black pepper (it tastes amazing i recommend trying this recipe 😋)
