• lunch:
3 homemade chicken meatballs, 68g of carrots, 25g of broccoli (126kcal and 20g of protein)
• snack:
40g of cottage cheese (37kcal and 5g of protein)
• dinner:
strawberry protein ice cream - 140g of frozen strawberries processed with 20g of white chocolate flavored protein powder (130kcal and 16g of protein)
total: 293kcal and 41g of protein
expectation: crying at the end of the day bc i ate something high in cals
reality: crying while getting ready because i lost literally all my pants
today i have two birthday parties, i'll have to be so careful and stay extra focused
