what if pale king didn’t actually die, what if he was in some kind of hibernation state (until someone rudely woke him up)?

i imagine interrupting this process can cause some unpleasant side effects. maybe he lost some memories? maybe he has no idea what is happening and how much time has passed? who knows

was inspired by the fact that he disappears after you enter the throne room again, which yeah is probably just the game unloading unnecessary assets, but it’s not like that’s gonna stop me

I find this visual from Pebbles when you unlock the OE gates as Gourmand interesting, because it really shows how VERY CLOSE pebbles and moon's cans were within the facility grounds and the fact that we can only access ONE of nine gates too... What lies on the other other sides? More of Outer Expanse? And its not just random patterns, you can clearly see railway tracks and square structures built around the facility.

I'm guessing the gate Gourmand took was the one on the very west because on the high tree we can overlook pebbles' can on the side and I'm assuming pebbles is the one placed vertically (the surrounding wall was made after five pebbles is built i think) and OE is located at the west side of the map in the game after all.

Sometimes it blows my mind that there are people that don’t wear glasses/contacts. Like they can literally see with no aid. Like they wake up and just be out here seeing. What a wild concept.
