Stars will fade eventually, we accept that in time our stars will die.

Black holes are as much of a part of our iconography as the stars themselves, but black paint and clothing is typically not worn outside of specific scenarios or religious clerics.

And in truth, we do not have eclipse events on my home world as the planet lacks satellites of sufficient size. Worlds who are able to experience such a thing are truly rare. :)

Though I am surprised how many people here are in support of Alternian hegemony, but I suppose people don’t like to see the bad sides of their friends. :)
