This is my first post on my new account, though I am NOT new to the law and NOT new to loablr either. This post is specifically about how I manifested my dream body instantly with no technique besides knowing :)

PART ONE - the old story

In the old story, I was so fixated on my body and my weight all of the time, I was tracking my calories and weighing myself and my food obsessively and constantly gaining and losing weight. Back then, my beliefs were that 1) Excess food causes weight gain, 2) If I don't track my food and weigh myself, I will become too fat/skinny, and 3) There is something wrong with my body, and I need to diet/exercise to fix it.

Noticing these beliefs were key to changing the way I viewed food and my body, and therefore changing how I knew food to effect me and how I knew my body to be.

When I was overweight, I knew my body was too big, I knew I was eating too much, I knew excess calories made me gain weight. When I was underweight, I knew I had no appetite, I knew I was too bony, I knew that exercise makes you gain muscle which is why I had none, etc. I had to identify the limiting beliefs that made me know my body was a certain way.

PART TWO - writing the new story

Once I identified the beliefs that were holding me back and kept me from my goals ("I know I eat too much, even if I affirm I'm skinny, I'm still going to gain weight."), I could then change them. I wrote down a list of these beliefs, like I did above, and came up with reversals. For example;

"I overeat, so I will gain weight" -> "Calories aren't even real, so I can eat whatever I want and stay the same weight."

"I eat junk food, so I'll never be skinny" -> "I love how fast my metabolism is, I can eat junk all day and still stay so skinny." or "Junk food is just like other foods. Raspberries can't make me fat so neither can hamburgers."

"I don't exercise enough to be toned" -> "It's crazy how I'm naturally so toned and fit without trying."

The key for me was changing key beliefs that kept me dieting and exercising to lose weight, to sever the tie between calories consumed and weight, and hours exercising and muscles. These are limiting beliefs. We literally create our reality. Not ice cream, not soda and chips, none of that can overcome YOU as a divine creator. It sounds silly when you spell it out like that, doesn't it?

PART THREE - how i did it

Okay, now we understand that the secret is to change the rules of our own reality to allow us to know a higher truth (my higher truth? I am a skinny legend). So how do we put this into practice?

All you have to do is know. You set these rules, so you know they are true, reality is bound to them. You must know you are successful, know that reality is in the 4d, and feel truly satisfied in that realm. You can do this using whatever method you need to, but personally, I just knew deep within me that I was my ideal weight, and that nothing could change that, that is simply the reality, that is simply the way things are. I thought about old pictures I took of myself, and remembered how skinny I looked in them, I thought about the last time I saw my friends and how much littler they said I'd gotten, I thought about the last time I stood on the scale and how it read the exact weight I knew myself to be. And I just knew, deep within me, that was simply how things were.

And the last step, for me, was to feel truly joyful at this realization. To feel satisfied it came into fruition. Without seeking confirmation, because I already KNEW.

And what do you know? Pictures of myself in my phone from weeks ago, they were my ideal body. The girl I saw in the mirror when I stood up from my meditation? She had my ideal body. My clothes? XS and S, all of them. I had revised my ideal body all the way back to the day I bought them. And confirmed this by checking pictures I took in the dressing room.

I'm telling you right now it is possible if you know in your heart you've always had your desire. It's always been fulfilled within you. You make the rules because you are a divine creator. Nothing outside of you can change what you know to be true.

💗If you want to lose weight or gain weight , do not focus on losing weight or gaining weight , focus on the weight which makes you feel good. Imagine , pretend , act as if you are already at your desired weight .

🍰FOOD IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR WEIGHT GAIN , have you seen people who are extremely skinny but they eat like a horse? How do they maintain their weight despite the fact they eat so much ? These people have the belief that no matter what or how much they eat , they will not gain weight . Remember the story I mentioned in my post on appearance change ? Abdullah ate whatever he wanted and it did not affect him at all .

💗To manifest your dream body , live in the end . Will you complain about your dream body or praise it everytime you see it ? Complaining is never useful ( unless you are complaining about your desires ) . You will never change if you are always complaining about how you do not have your desired body because you are focusing on the old story . Whatever we focus on , expands. Whatever story you will focus on and repeat the most , it will become dominant and manifest . Focus on the new story where you have your dream body . Do not give importance to the 3D , your imagination is more powerful than the 3D.

🍰You can choose to workout and follow diets but change the way you think about your body first. Whatever assumptions you persist in manifests. Here is an example from Solar 's Guide !

" Example : I lose weight by constantly thinking " I am so skinny " and assume every time I see my body , it is skinny . This assumption will harden into a fact and my subconscious only knows that I am skinny. '

Here’s Some Better Body Goals than Hemsworth

Please stop comparing your body to Chris Hemsworth and the like. That is an extreme example of a lifestyle where an individual not only has the time to work out four hours a day, but also has a personal trainer and enough money to fuel an extreme diet tailored to their body type. It’s unattainable for most people. If you ever want to see what sustainable, healthy, strong, attainable bodies look like for men, I suggest you look at stars and heartthrobs from the sixties and seventies, when no one contoured or surgically tightened their abs. Where animation wasn’t used to beef up super heroes, and stars didn’t have to spend several hours every day working out, they were allowed to be healthy and strong without extreme methods. Here’s some examples!

Davy Jones was a young heartthrob in the 1960s, he was quite the lady killer and as we’ve seen was able to do some impressive yoga moves and such. He had a strong healthy body without the pressure to be “shredded.”

Sean Cassidy was a singer and actor in the 1970s who swooned fans of all ages. He’s a skinnier guy, but toned. His body is an attainable example of a skinny buff.

Bobby Sherman was a star and heartthrob in the 1960s, quite the handsome guy and a good middle weight example.

Hollywood and peoples’ standards seemed to have changed now, and you may feel compelled to slave over a perfectly chiseled Greek body with washboard abs and heart shaped shoulders, however the fans and others have shown that you don’t have to have an unreasonably defined body to be seen as hot and impressive. Here’s some examples from recent TV!

First up Joe Keery. He’s a popular choice for young and old fans of Stranger Things, he said that he didn’t have too much of a set workout routine, just lived a healthy active life, but that hasn’t stopped the fans thirsting after him.

Christian Kane, while this is not his most flattering photo since he’s in the middle of a boxing match on the show, is an extremely attractive man with a strong and powerful body.

Cooper Barns is a comedic star who plays a super hero, and has the body match. However, he is encouraged to have a sustainable diet and exercise routine to eat what he likes as well as doesn’t overclock the hours in the gym.

Now that you’ve seen some examples of strong, healthy bodies, you may have a better idea of what to strive for with your own goals, since these photos and bodies weren’t done with makeup, surgery, or editing touch up.

In media, examples of unhealthy and toxic images crop up everywhere, influencing our idea of a strong, healthy body and what is considered attractive. I encourage you to look to more realistic and unstaged photos (as in not a photo shoot) for better examples of what to strive for.
