So basically tell your family to give you smaller portions, they should probably understand that you want to lose weight. Just don't tell them about ED and how you don't like yourself or something because they'll start telling you some motivational crap. Just tell them that you want to live healthier. Start riding a bike, skateboard, rollerblading or walking to school and also move outside of school. Find a physical activity that you enjoy - for example I like riding a bike and exercising on an elliptical trainer. If you have friends tell them that you want to lose weight too so that they won't talk you into eating and will help you with it. Additionally, you can buy tablets that reduce appetite and help burn fat. Don't worry if the packaging says that the tablets are not for teenagers. If it says so, it means that it works. Instead of sweet snacks, eat fruit, after a while you will get so used to it that you will not like sweets and you will choose the fruit yourself. Once in a while fast for a few hours but not too long because it's not healthy. Don't eat at least 3 hours before going to bed (sometimes you can but only if you really need it).
