Ok but this is probably how they all felt in the summer of '77, they were all very unsure of their futures and scared of what war was going to do to all of them, they were terrified but in that summer, they werent. tonight i’m thinking about severus snape and all of his sacrifices. the strange relationship he had with harry for years of loathing yet caring. harry, the son of his one true love. the way he watched over him all for her. he cared for her so much deep down that he was willing to protect her child with another man. harry & snape were connected in missing her. that’s how he knew the doe plan would work. he would trust and follow the patronus because it felt like her.
