Inevitabilmente mio.

HER POV:

My Benito. I could see him from two blocks away even without putting on my glasses. I couldn't wait to meet him.

Getting out of the car, I look at Don Salvatore Abelli and Don Nico Russo. They were already waiting with their families at the gate. Nico was with his wife, his dear dear wife, Elena. The Sweet Abelli he was going crazy for. And beside them was my Benito.

I reached them and Salvatore reached out to hug me. And I hugged him back. "Don, quanto mi sei mancato."

I then hug his wife, Celia, and going to Tony, Adriana and finally Elena with her husband. "Sweet Abelli, ma bella come stai? Nico! Non sei felice di vedere tua sorella?" I said, smiling so hard that even the Sun would become blind by it.

"Sure did miss your loud voice. " he said, and Elena slapped him hard in the head. They're the only ones that could make me laugh.

I turned my head to a particular person. Benito. I frowned. "Benito. Why so serious today? Che è successo?" then I look at the Don for measure. He's shaking his head at me, "That's not Benito, Donna Afrodite. That's his twin, Leonidas."

I arch my eyebrow questioningly. So, he dared disrespect me? "Where is he, Nico?" I asked him while looking at Leonidas.

"Afrodite- It's best if you stay here." He said in a weird voice.

That's when I turn my head to look a him properly. Is he trying to fool me? La Donna?

"Ace." I said.

He didn't move. But his eyes flickered up.

I retreated my gun from my right thigh and calmly walked to the last floor of Abelli's house. Nobody tried to stop me. They didn't say anything. They knew not to deny my demands.

Once there, I slammed his door open and shot her in the middle of her eyebrows, while looking at him in the eyes. He fucking got to know Donna Afrodite. "Ciao, Benito mio." I said while giving him my innocent smile. And then I tuned around, getting away from his room.

NO POV:

Donna Afrodite was the only female mafia capo who ruled all the mafias combined together. She came from a male dominated family, in fact she has only her mother Cristina Russo, grandmother and her older sister. Plus, her other cousins. But they weren't relevant to her. She had four older brothers. And her father was the notorious Romano Petrov, the don of the Italian-Russian mafia. She was the youngest in that family, and the most treasured.

When one day her father blew her perfect bubble telling her that she had an important role for the mafia world. Giving her a letter, a document written by her grandfather, the former Don of the Italian-Russian mafia, stating how he had passed to her the duty to become la futura Donna and the future head to the Italian-Russian mafia, or the so called "PRIME MAFIA", the first mafia ever founded and the only one that could keep every other mafia under control, other than the Greek one.

But, there was also another thing to this demand. She'd become la Donna and than marry the heirs of the Greek-Italian mafia.

Her father tried to find a loophole to this letter, and tried to change her destiny, but she knew he couldn't do anything. And so, five years ago, when Afrodite was only an innocent and sweet, eighteen year old girl, decided to accept the duty.

And that's when her empire began.

BENITO'S POV:

She entered the room, smiled at me with her perfect lips and shot the girl that was awfully riding my cock, while looking at me.

Fuck. I can't say that she didn't make me hard as fuck.

Ugh, I have to clean myself up. It's fucking weird to have a girl die on top of you meanwhile her pussy was fucking your cock. Thank god I always put on a condom.

"BASTARDO. Che cazzo stai cercando di fare, eh????? She can fucking ruin you. She will ruin us! Because of you. And you're here playing with whores up and down as if you're looking to get killed. Are you fucking insane? Or do you much prefer my gun killing you now?" Nico said, furious as hell.

Well, I get it. I'm supposed to marry la Donna and I'm disrespecting her as if she won't be my future wife and as if she won't make me future Don of all mafias. But, I don't get why she doesn't refuse this goddamn marriage.

"Get the fuck out of my room you assohole. Can't you see I'm getting dressed?" he looked me as if that was the last thing I should have said in this world.

He was about to say something else when Elena, my cousin came and took him out meanwhile covering her eyes.

After getting dressed, I go downstairs to have a drink. She's on the top of the table, my uncle Salvatore leaving it to her, to respect her. And she's smiling and loving to my family, as if I didn't just ruin her reputation with what I did.

"Good evening everyone." I say and get a glass, fill it with whiskey and sit down in the table.

Elena scoffs at me and Adriana too. But I don't pay attention to them. I look at her. And then meet my brother's eyes.

"What the fuck are you doing here?" I glare at him.

Celia gasps out loud, meanwhile Don says "Benito, boy behave."

"Brother. Missed me?" My twin brother says and smirks at me.

HER POV:

My Benito finally gave us the pleasure to come and stay with us at the table. Little bastard thinks I can refuse this contract. He doesn't know that our future was already written by our grandparents and we couldn't do anything about it.

"Benito. Leonidas. That's enough." I said to them both. They immediately turned to look at me and stopped killing eachother with their eye-glaring.

I smile happily, and look at Salvatore. "Salvatore. My father should not find out about what occurred today. And neither about what has happened before. If he does find out, he'll do half of what I was about to do. "

He nods at me with a serious face and says "Donna, I'm sorry. We won't let it happen again."

I don't aknowledge his words and raise my hand indicating for the other women to get out of the room. Once they do, I start, "Benito. Do you know who I am?" I say without even looking at him but continuing to eat the food Celia has done with her mother in law.

He doesn't respond. So, I raise my hand again and say "Kneel".

He, growling lowly, gets up from his seat and kneels at my feet. With his head down. His jaw clenched and his teeth gritting. His ears red.

I lower the fork down and swallow the food down. I turn to look at him and raise my hand toward him. He understands and kisses my ring. "Bene." I caress his hair and head as if he was a pet. Because he is. He is my husband and only now he's understood it.

Details that really make me sad.

I went through the game and noticed some irregularity in relation to Henry and his connection with the number "13". It's really unfortunate for him. In chapter 5, Henry said that it was his 13th contract (when they went out to kill the Fat Guy and Henry got shot) and he sensed that it would not end well. And chapter 13 of the game itself is where the Chinese killed Henry.

I would say that Henry is superstitious. Although for a man like Henry, such a trait is very unusual. :)

Details That Really Make Me Sad.

(And after reviewing chapter 13, I saw that Vito crossed himself when Joe turned the already dead Henry face up)

My little fanon thoughts about Vito and Henry.

My Little Fanon Thoughts About Vito And Henry.

Vito reacts calmly to the sounds of gunfire, but reacts with hostility and nervousness to sounds similar to loud explosions (reminds him of events at the front).

Henry has something of the same painful memory - the colognes his dead wife.

Vito is a dog person (no wonder, since he has posters of dogs hanging in his childhood room). And Henry is a cat person.

These two, when they get together to drink (just them, no one else) drink a little and spend most of the time talking and can afford to sit in silence.

Vito once gave his cross to Henry, because he himself could not identify with religion after losing his family, and Henry still remained a believer. Henry considered carrying the cross with him as a symbol of good luck.

Vito often smells like coffee and cigarettes, while Henry smells like expensive cologne, but with a slight hint of cigarette smoke.

Henry knows what kind of coffee Vito drinks and therefore, when he makes an appointment with him early in the morning somewhere in a restaurant, he always orders him coffee in advance.

Henry still feels guilty about Vito being in prison.

Henry, unlike Joe, who jokingly scolds Vito for careless driving, makes comments more often and more seriously, but not in a way that upsets or offends (and not everyone wants to die on the road because of a driver flying through a red light).

Henry learns about Vito's PTSD (which most often manifests as panic and a withdrawn, short-tempered mood for the rest of the day due to loud explosions threatening his life) from Joe after the mission to assassinate Clemente at the hotel, but Henry never asks Vito directly out of respect.

They both treat women very well. With respect and due politeness, always ready to stand up for and help.

They remembered each other's favorite cigarettes.

ATTENTION.
ATTENTION.

ATTENTION.

English is not my first language. There may be spelling errors.

AU in which Vito is a bodyguard for Henry.

If you like the idea, I will continue to release little notes about them.

"Sit down, we need to deal with your wounds," a voice from somewhere in the bathroom prompted him to move over and sit on the sofa, stretching out his legs and letting out a heavy, shoulder—squeezing sigh.

The blood on his hands had dried long ago, and the skin on his face was uncomfortably tight, reminding him of a new cut that ran from his forehead to his cheekbone through his eyebrow, mercilessly dissecting it. It's a familiar sensation, but it doesn't reduce the burning sensation.

When Henry appears in front of him with a first-aid kit in his hands, the younger one finds it funny how he looks: serious, still in his jacket, taking out pieces of gauze.

"It's just scratches," Scaletta objects, as the hands that recently released the cigarette reach for his bloody face.

"Let's consider this my return courtesy," Tomasino insisted, sitting down on the chair opposite, touching Vito's shoulder and urging him to lean towards him. But he listens, bends down, because he is used to it and will not be able to behave differently.

"You're another salvation for me, and I'll just treat your wounds." There is no need to sew anything up here.

"It's part of my job.

"Yes, I know. And I'm paying you money for it. But no one canceled the human attitude, even to his bodyguard."

Vito can only accept, nod and wait for the whole procedure to come to an end.

At one point, he allowed himself to trustingly close his eyes and enjoy the atmosphere, so quiet and calm, while Henry held his chin to better examine the wound and applied gauze soaked in water to his skin. Subsequently, he felt a patch appear on his skin. Henry's touch moves from his face to his hands. There is a weariness in both of them, too obvious, but consistent with what happened. After an assassination attempt and a shootout, both of them usually had no strength left.

Pressing his forehead against Henry's shoulder, Vito does not take his hands away, feeling bandages wrap around him, and other people's fingers touch his knuckles. It was a moment of weakness because they had agreed to be honest with each other. Scaletta vaguely remembers the last time he could just sit closer to someone.

"Shall we have something to drink?" Henry suggests, putting away everything that has been drunk.

"Just a little bit. I don't want to bury someone's corpse today," the smile comes out forced, but no less sincere.

Henry smiles at what he has said, knowing full well how his friends' drunken get-togethers end.

Belatedly releasing Vito's hands from his own, he slaps him on the shoulder again, as if this could give the younger at least some kind of surge of strength.

Oh my God, you should know how I want to write a sketch where Vito is a bodyguard for Henry and they're doing well. It looks like a motivation to come back solely for the sake of it.(that's what late-night conversations with friends lead to)

I'm sure they needed that light-hearted conversation.

(The sketch is a fan fiction and has no relation to canon)

The inspiration for the song was: "As the World Caves in" - Matt Maltese.

Sitting in a spacious and comfortably furnished living room, the two men drank whiskey and generally had a quiet time. They couldn't afford such a vacation for a very long time.

- Anyway, Henry, how did you learn English? Then you still haven't answered my question - Vito smiled weakly, but at the same time sincerely enough.

- Curiosity can drive you to the grave, you know? - Henry retorts, taking a sip of whiskey from a faceted glass. He exhales softly before answering the question: - My father invited a teacher home to personally study English with me. So, it seems, it happened. This teacher told me all about America, about Empire Bay, that he once lived here and dreamed of starting a family again...

- Why "again"?

- I asked him then. But he didn't say anything, just smiled at me and patted me on the head, asking me to continue studying. But then I found out from my father about what happened, it turned out that his wife and son were brutally murdered for not paying off their debts on time.

Vito nodded his head sadly. He was familiar with this situation, even if not to such a terrifying extent.

- Sometimes I think back to this story and fully understand why you, Vito, were so eager to grab all the cases just to earn more.

A silence hung over them, steeped in either awkwardness or grief for this teacher.

Henry decides to break this silence with the following words:

- i take it you learned English while attending school here? - He asked for the sake of decency and to defuse the situation.

- Oh, how do you know that?

- Joe, the day before you arrived from the front, got wildly drunk. And as you know, drunk Joe will tell you everything that bothers him, and that it is precisely because of this that he should not reveal particularly important secrets. He will blurt them out and will not blush with conscience. That day, he sat and sang about what a good friend and comrade he had. I thought at the time that he was exaggerating. Well, I take it back with a clear conscience - Henry laughs softly, velvety, remembering all this with a pleasant nostalgia that warms his heart.

Henry: Vito...don't look at me with those eyes.

Vito, smiling: with what eyes, Henry?

Or briefly about how Vito noticed how his puppy-dog look affected Henry and now uses it more often.

I think if Vito and Henry had known each other during the return of the former from the war, Henry would have been able to catch the moment when, due to a loud sound (fireworks or explosion), Vito shrinks and frantically searches for the source of the sound and does not even answer questions, as if being in a state of complete defense. And then Henry realizes how much the war has affected this man, and thanks his father in his thoughts, who sent him away during the war.

(Maybe later I’ll make a short story based on this sketch)
