Do you know any good low calorie meals? And I’m talking under 100 or 200.
i know that cucumber and boiled eggs are good, and rice cakes are about 50cal. i prefer chewing gum tho, the one i chew is 4cal a piece plus they make me feel fuller. fruits tend to be low cal, and salmon is pretty low cal and had a good amount of protein
ass so flat it hurts to sit for a long time

ok but the best motivation to lose weight for me is when i put on my 3d playlist and meander meaninglessly around fields whilst being overcome by feelings of crippling self hatred
ive been eating healthy food and doing omad and i still havent lost weight fml
(the music is shitty, nostalgic, and made it worse.)
how it feels having a 900-1000 cal intake on edblr while everyone else eats 0-200 cals
