God I've been so inactive.

What I thought was recovery was just a VERY long binge cycle. My relationship with food just got worse and I hated everything about myself.

I still do but I'd rather hate myself while losing weight than hate myself while getting fat💔

You think you are gonna get your dream body if you keep saying "its just one binge" "ill start tomorrow" "one bite won't hurt" no you won't. If you follow you plan you would have your dream body instead of wishing for it.
