Does anyone have food recommendations that aren't cucumbers or involve salt and pepper? This is small portions and I'm fasting so I need food recommendations just in case someone tells me I need to eat. I don't like cucumbers or pepper. I also don't like coffee or tea so I need more recommendations then those.

some wl tips that helped me lose almost 10kg

- don't tell people what ur doing- it's easier to lose weight without people trying to tell you it's worthless and you look good anyway.

- one fav food per week- pick one day a week and eat one of your favourite foods as a meal.

- don't eat till ur full- eat till you're satisfied, not until your stomach feels as if it's about to explode (even if it means wasting a portion of your food)

-when going out for a walk or with friends don't bring money- even if you wanted to buy a snack, you can't.

- weigh in morning and evening- if your evening weight is higher by at least 1kg than your morning weight- you ate too much, if it's more by less than 1kg- you ate a fine amount.

- burning it off does not mean it disappears- yes you lose fat, but it doesn't take away the responsibility of eating.

-build control not just by food- sit through a cold shower, do something that you really don't want to do, add extra 5 mins to your workout- teaches you discipline without taking your mind to food.

- don't try to distract yourself from food by doomscrolling- it'll end up just making your cravings worse, instead practice your hobby or go for a walk.

- fasted cardio at least once a week- does much more than just a normal workout, even if it's shorter.

- a quick cardio session after muscle training- even 5 minutes on the elliptical will make your body burn fat for a longer time.

today i woke up and weighed myself and i was exactly 107, not 107.6 or 107.9 —> 107

and it makes me so happy because i know the next number on the scale will be smaller, even if they’re ounces too

today i have to go to brunch for my mom’s birthday and ive been dreading it because i know they’ll try to make me eat and i can’t lose my progress

please dollz if you have any advice please help me

i forgot to update yesterday, im sorry dollz

yesterday was so good, i had 700 c@ls but most of it was healthy and i burnt off 900 c@ls too!

the sc@le went down and now i’m 107 lbs instead of 108 and im so happy

so far today has been good, i probably won’t e@t much either

i can already feel myself getting lighter, please don’t leave me @n@
